Security & Responsible Disclosure

How CloudKii approaches platform security and vulnerability reports.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Security approach

CloudKii uses access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted secret storage where configured, audit logging, CSRF protection, staged AI-assisted updates, backups before deployment and other safeguards appropriate to the platform.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to reproduce and evaluate the issue.

Please avoid

  • Accessing or altering data that does not belong to you.
  • Disrupting production services.
  • Social engineering, credential theft or physical attacks.
  • Publishing sensitive details before we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

No absolute guarantee

No online service can guarantee complete security. Users remain responsible for strong passwords, protecting their login credentials and promptly reporting suspicious activity.
