This Privacy Policy describes how CloudKii Systems ("CloudKii," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use CloudKii websites, memberships, reseller tools, support systems and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, company name, login credentials, membership status, support communications and activity within the service. Resellers may also provide customer information necessary to provision and manage software accounts.
Billing information
Payments are processed through payment providers such as Stripe. CloudKii may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, connected-account information and other billing metadata, but we do not need to store full payment-card numbers in CloudKii.
Usage and technical information
We may process IP addresses, browser information, device information, login activity, audit logs, API activity, error logs and similar technical information for security, operations and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Provide memberships, software access and reseller services.
- Provision, suspend and reactivate software accounts.
- Process billing and maintain subscription status.
- Provide support and maintain the shared inbox/help desk.

Service providers
We may use vendors such as Stripe, hosting providers, Cloudflare, Google/Gmail, OpenAI and other infrastructure or software providers where needed to operate CloudKii. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
AI features
When an authorized administrator uses CloudKii AI-assisted tools, relevant prompts and approved application context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a proposed update or analysis. Production changes require administrator approval.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect the platform. Retention periods may differ by data type.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or contractual reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
CloudKii is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
