You may not use CloudKii or connected software to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
Prohibited activities
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Spam, deceptive messaging, phishing or communications that violate applicable anti-spam or consumer-protection laws.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content or content that infringes another party's intellectual-property rights.
- Using the platform to facilitate fraud, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation or identity deception.
- Attempting to exceed or circumvent software, hosting, API, billing or account limits.
- Interfering with platform availability or other users' access.
- Using customer data outside the permissions or lawful basis available to you.
Enforcement
CloudKii may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties or comply with law.
