Reseller relationships
CloudKii members may be able to resell eligible software or refer customers to CloudKii products. A reseller may receive revenue, commissions or other compensation from qualifying customer purchases.
Independent businesses
Unless CloudKii expressly states otherwise in writing, resellers are independent businesses and are not employees, legal partners or agents authorized to bind CloudKii.
Customer disclosures
Resellers should accurately describe the software, pricing, recurring charges, limitations and cancellation terms presented to their customers. Resellers must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated earnings or product-performance claims.
Software rights
Reseller rights are limited to the products and plans enabled for the reseller account and do not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, trademarks or intellectual property.
