Reseller & White Label Terms

These terms supplement the CloudKii Terms of Service for accounts using reseller or White Label capabilities.

Standard reseller pricing

CloudKii may define itemized fees as percentages of the official CloudKii app price. The resulting CloudKii amount creates the minimum permitted reseller price. A standard reseller may not price above the official CloudKii retail price unless the account and app have qualified for full White Label pricing.

White Label pricing

When required White Label conditions are complete, CloudKii may charge an itemized percentage of the reseller's actual customer sale price. Subject to applicable minimums and written agreements, the reseller may set its own customer-facing price.

Branding

White Label permissions may include app title, logos, colors, domains, support identity, and email presentation where an app supports those capabilities. The underlying CloudKii app identity, licensing, security, billing records, and platform ownership are not changed by customer-facing branding.

Stripe Connect and customers

Resellers are responsible for maintaining an eligible connected payment account, accurate customer offers, customer-facing disclosures, taxes where applicable, and lawful sales practices. CloudKii may withhold or reverse platform allocations for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or payment reversals.

Good standing

If a reseller subscription, connected payment account, required domain, or other White Label requirement falls out of good standing, CloudKii may block new sales or changes while allowing a reasonable transition for existing customers where operationally possible.
