Affiliate Program Terms

Eligible CloudKii accounts may earn commissions for qualifying referrals. The standard program may pay 40% recurring commission on eligible CloudKii User and Reseller subscription revenue unless an account-specific agreement or offer states otherwise.

Attribution

CloudKii's recorded referral and transaction data determine attribution. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading claims, trademark abuse, spam, fraudulent traffic, or attempts to manipulate attribution are not eligible.

Commission status

Commissions may move through pending, approved, payable, paid, or reversed states. Refunds, chargebacks, canceled or fraudulent payments, and ineligible transactions may reduce or reverse commissions.

Promotion

Affiliates must accurately describe CloudKii, clearly disclose material affiliate relationships where required, and comply with applicable advertising, email, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
