You may not use CloudKii or connected apps to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, conduct fraud, misrepresent identity, harass others, send prohibited or noncompliant communications, defeat platform restrictions, scrape protected systems without authorization, or interfere with service availability.

Users of messaging, email, prospecting, and automation tools are responsible for applicable consent, opt-out, anti-spam, privacy, and advertising rules in the jurisdictions where they operate.

CloudKii may investigate suspected abuse, limit or suspend affected capabilities, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests.
