CloudKii Lifers

A "Lifer" is a specially authorized Reseller within the CloudKii community who has been granted the unique privilege to offer Lifetime Licenses to customers. This status is not given lightly and comes with a set of responsibilities and benefits. Unlike standard Resellers, Lifers have the ability to sell Lifetime Licenses that CloudKii will honor indefinitely.

Here's the kicker: even if a Lifer chooses to discontinue their relationship with CloudKii, the Lifetime Licenses they've sold will remain valid and intact. These Licenses are "grandfathered in," ensuring that customers who purchased from a Lifer will not see any interruption or termination of their Lifetime Licenses.

This system ensures that both Lifers and their customers can operate with the utmost confidence, knowing that their Lifetime Licenses are secure and backed by CloudKii's enduring commitment to quality and fairness.

Unauthorized Lifetime License Claus

Any Reseller not included in the authorized "Lifer" list below who sells Lifetime Licenses does so against our policies and terms.

As a result, these Lifetime Licenses will be considered valid only for the duration of that Reseller's active account with CloudKii.

Should the Reseller choose to cancel or discontinue their account, all Lifetime Licenses sold by that Reseller will be immediately invalidated.

Customers holding such licenses will see their accounts revert to a basic subscription or terminated, as per CloudKii's discretion.

By purchasing a Lifetime License, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We strongly recommend that all customers verify the status of a Reseller as a "Lifer" prior to purchase to ensure the

enduring validity of their Lifetime License.
